React & Next.jsDeveloperfor Custom Web Applications

I build fast, scalable React and Next.js applications that work in production. From marketing sites that score 95+ on Lighthouse to full SaaS dashboards with complex state, real-time data, and API integrations.

01

React and Next.js are the foundation of most of the serious web applications I build. Clean component architecture, TypeScript throughout, proper state management, and API integration done correctly — not bolted on after the fact. I have been building with React since 2021 and with Next.js App Router since it became stable.

02

I have shipped production applications used by real users — including QuickUtils, my own SaaS platform with 25+ tools. That means I know the difference between code that looks good in development and code that holds up under real usage. Performance, error handling, loading states, and edge cases are part of the build — not afterthoughts.

03

Whether you need a frontend for an existing API, a full-stack Next.js application with its own backend, or a performance audit on a React codebase that has grown slow — I handle it. TypeScript is my default. Tailwind CSS for styling. Vercel for deployment. The whole modern Next.js stack.

What I Build for You

A complete breakdown of what is included in a react & next.js development engagement.

Custom React and Next.js Applications

Full web applications built with React and Next.js from scratch. Component-first architecture, proper TypeScript typing, clean folder structure, and performance built in from the start. App Router by default with server components, streaming, and the new metadata API.

SaaS Frontend Development

Complex SaaS dashboards with authentication, role-based access, data tables, charts, real-time updates, and multi-step workflows. I have built the frontend for platforms used by thousands of users and know what it takes to keep UI fast and maintainable as features grow.

API Integration and Full-Stack Development

Connecting React frontends to REST APIs, third-party services, and databases. Node.js and Express backends when needed. MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL. Full-stack delivery so you do not need a separate backend developer.

Next.js Performance Optimization

Auditing and fixing slow Next.js applications — rendering strategy (SSR, SSG, ISR), image optimization, font loading, bundle splitting, caching, and Core Web Vitals improvements. I show before and after Lighthouse scores for every change made.

My process

01

Technical Discovery

Scope, stack decisions, API requirements, and state management strategy.

02

Architecture Planning

Folder structure, routing, data fetching approach, and component hierarchy decided before coding.

03

Development

Component-first build with regular staging previews and code reviews if needed.

04

Deployment

Vercel or your preferred platform, environment variables, CI/CD pipeline if required.

What you actually get

I have been building with React since 2021 and with Next.js App Router since it became stable. I have shipped production applications used by real users — including QuickUtils, my own SaaS platform. I write TypeScript by default, build with accessibility in mind, and write component code that other developers enjoy working with.

Direct access to the developer

No account managers or middlemen. You work directly with the person writing the code.

Fixed price, written upfront

Scope, timeline, and price agreed in writing before any work starts.

React and Next.js Developer for Canadian Tech Companies

I work remotely with Canadian tech companies, startups, and agencies that need senior React and Next.js development. Whether you need a dedicated developer for a project or ongoing support on an existing codebase, I am available for both. Canadian time zones work well for collaboration — most of my active projects involve weekly video reviews and async communication between sessions.

Yes. TypeScript is my default for all React and Next.js projects. It reduces runtime bugs and makes the codebase significantly easier to maintain as it grows.

Yes. I regularly join existing projects to add features, improve performance, or refactor disorganized code into something maintainable.

Yes. I build Node.js and Express backends, REST APIs, and connect frontends to databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL. Full-stack delivery is available.

Yes. I audit Core Web Vitals, identify rendering strategy issues, optimize images and fonts, and implement proper caching to improve scores.

Yes. App Router with server components, streaming, and the new metadata API is how I build by default. Pages Router projects I can also maintain and migrate.
